Streamline Construction Workforce Management with CONINCO EngiTime

CONINCO needed to coordinate thousands of engineers across many construction sites. CoderPush helped turn manual attendance, task tracking, and HR reporting into a cloud-backed mobile and web product in six weeks.

Challenge

Construction workforce data was moving too slowly.

CONINCO has more than 45 years of experience and has contributed to major infrastructure and construction projects across Vietnam. Its operational challenge was familiar to many large construction organizations: people, projects, and job sites were distributed, while reporting still depended on manual coordination.

Paper sheets, Excel files, and repeated communication created friction for HR teams and site managers. The company needed a more accurate way to track attendance, assign engineers, and understand performance in real time.

CONINCO partnered with CoderPush to build EngiTime: a mobile app for engineers and a web-based HR portal hosted on AWS. The product digitizes attendance, task tracking, reporting, and workforce allocation while keeping source code and system data under CONINCO ownership.

CoderPush delivered the working system in six weeks, following a quick-build, quick-release approach that gave CONINCO a usable product without a long enterprise software cycle.
