- Engineering a responsive customer booking flow with clear navigation, unit availability, and checkout paths to improve conversion.
- Connecting payment and back-office workflows, including AsiaPay tokenization, Xero accounting, and Zoho CRM, to support operational and administrative work.
- Implementing structured logging and real-time monitoring to improve observability, incident response, and AWS cloud operations.
- Designing single-tenant data and operations flows around MyStorage's own facilities instead of a shared SaaS product model.
- Preparing Phase 2 enhancements on a scalable AWS product foundation for richer customer experience and future operational growth.
