- Promotion Engine & Store-Owner Adoption
- AWS Cloud Architecture & Platform Scaling
Challenge
Ampo needed more than a product catalog. It needed a distributor commerce backbone that could work for store owners and family businesses who were not internet-savvy, enforce complex promotion programs, integrate with Nanoco's SAP HANA Cloud on Microsoft Azure, and support future mobile and B2C channels.
Solution
CoderPush designed and built the AWS-hosted Ampo platform around:
- Building a full distributor ordering platform for electrical product categories, account-specific purchasing, and less tech-savvy store-owner workflows.
- Integrating Ampo with Nanoco's SAP HANA Cloud in Microsoft Azure through secure site-to-site connectivity.
- Deploying AWS architecture with CloudFront, load balancing, auto-scaled backend hosts, replicated RDS, S3-based release artifacts, CloudWatch, and SNS monitoring.
- Preparing API and backend foundations for mobile apps, B2C commerce channels, and future customer segments.
Outcome
Ampo is positioned as a distributor commerce backbone, not just a web storefront. The platform helps bring store owners and family businesses into digital ordering, keeps promotional programs and ERP integration connected to Nanoco's SAP HANA Cloud, and gives the client an AWS-hosted foundation for mobile apps, B2C channels, and future growth.
