• Cloud and software development services

Services are provided on a best-effort basis, unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, systems, and materials are owned by CoderPush unless otherwise agreed.

Clients retain ownership of:

• their data
• their project deliverables (as per contract)

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• misuse services
• attempt unauthorized access
• use services for illegal purposes

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• data accuracy
• validating AI outputs
• ensuring compliance with laws

6. AI Disclaimer

• AI outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate
• Not intended for:
• legal
• financial
• critical decision-making without validation

7. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

CoderPush’s liability is limited to the total fees paid in the last 6 months

We are not liable for:

• indirect damages
• data loss
• business interruption

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify CoderPush against claims arising from:

• misuse of services
• violation of laws
• infringement of third-party rights

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• terms are violated
• misuse is detected

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.

Disputes will be handled in the Courts of Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi.

12. Dispute Resolution

Parties agree to:

1. Attempt good-faith negotiation first
2. Escalate to court if unresolved

• These Terms constitute the full agreement
• We may update Terms at any time
