CoderPush Employee App Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By signing in with your Google work account on any *.coderpush.com or *.coderbase.dev App, you agree to these terms.
2. Authorized Use
- Who: Only CoderPush employees with valid credentials.
- What: Company-approved business activities.
- Prohibited:
- Sharing credentials or OAuth tokens.
- Attempting to access data or features beyond your role.
- Automated scraping or bulk export of data.
3. Intellectual Property
All code, data, designs, and content in the Apps are CoderPush property. No license to reuse outside your work duties.
4. Confidentiality
Do not disclose internal data, screenshots, or analytics outside approved channels.
5. Account & Access
- You’re responsible for safeguarding your OAuth session.
- Report lost credentials or suspicious activity immediately.
6. Suspension & Termination
CoderPush may revoke access or suspend accounts for policy violations or security risks.
7. Disclaimers & Liability
Apps provided “as-is.” CoderPush disclaims all warranties. Liability limited to direct damages up to $1,000.
8. Governing Law
Vietnamese law governs; disputes resolved in Ho Chi Minh City courts.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Notice posted in-App and via email 7 days before effective date.
